• Interpret and work from blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly.
• Perform fitting tasks with precision, ensuring all parts align correctly.

• Operate hand and power tools efficiently to complete fabrication tasks.
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace within the industrial environment.

Essential Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in fitting.
• 1-3 years of experience with blueprint reading.
• Proficiency in MIG welding techniques.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience using hand and power tools.
• Experience working in an industrial environment.

Work Environment

Work in a non-climate controlled facility within a fabrication shop, where safety and collaboration are paramount. This setting provides an opportunity to engage in hands-on fabrication and welding tasks, ensuring a fulfilling and challenging workday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gadsden, AL.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
