Order Picker (Full Time)

Medical Device Warehouse Associate

Location: Mablevale, AR
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $16.00–$17.00/hour
Overtime: Occasional overtime may be available

Position Overview

A leading medical device manufacturer is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse and distribution operations. This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, organize, and store incoming materials and products
• Pick and pack orders accurately using an RF scanner
• Prepare products for shipment, including labeling and documentation
• Assemble and process product kits according to established procedures
• Assist with shipping and distribution activities
• Perform receiving transactions and maintain accurate inventory records
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure orders and materials are processed efficiently
• Follow established warehouse, quality, safety, and inventory procedures
• Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment
• Assist with inventory accuracy and other warehouse projects as needed

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, logistics, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred
• Experience using an RF scanner preferred
• Familiarity with a Warehouse Management System (WMS), SAP, QAD, or ERP system is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• High School Diploma or GED required and verified
