Industrial Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment, including motors, pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, mixers, and extruders
• Diagnose and repair electrical issues, including 480V three-phase power, motor controls, VFDs, and control panels
• Read and work from electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and PLC ladder logic
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime
• Rebuild and replace bearings, seals, belts, and drives, plus pneumatic and hydraulic components
• Follow lockout/tagout and all plant safety procedures
• Document work orders and partner with production to keep lines running

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with PLCs (Allen-Bradley preferred), VFDs, and motor controls is a plus
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints
• Welding, fabrication, or a trade school or electrical certification is a plus
• Willingness to work overtime or rotating shifts as needed
