Customer Service Representative 

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour 

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Creative Cause Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as a primary point of contact for our clients and help coordinate projects from order intake through completion. This position plays a key role in delivering the quality, value, and service our clients have come to expect.  The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding orders and project updates. 
• Enter, track, and monitor customer orders from start to finish. 
• Coordinate project details with the production team to ensure accurate execution. 
• Follow up on open items and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner. 
• Help ensure projects are completed accurately, on schedule, and to customer expectations. 
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and internal team members. 

Qualifications 

• Proficiency with PC or Mac computers. 
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Previous customer service, account management, or project coordination experience. 
• Experience in the commercial printing industry is a plus, but not required
