Medical Assistant 2 | Bilingual English/Spanish

Bring your clinical skills and patient-first approach to an outpatient healthcare team. We’re seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to support physicians and nurses, help patients feel comfortable and informed, and keep daily clinical operations running smoothly.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

What You’ll Do

• Room patients, discuss symptoms, and document information in electronic medical records.
• Take vital signs and administer injections within your authorized scope of practice.
• Perform diagnostic tests, collect specimens, and draw blood.
• Clean and sterilize equipment and prepare examination rooms.
• Assist with administrative tasks and patient communications.
• Work closely with physicians and nurses to deliver quality care and a positive patient experience.

What You’ll Need

• 1–3 years of back-office Medical Assistant experience providing direct patient care.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Applicable Medical Assistant credentials, including RMA/CMA and any required state licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Outlook.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient service skills.
• Willingness to complete required TB screening.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Hands-on phlebotomy experience.
• Experience with electronic medical records and HEDIS.
• Active Medical Assistant certification or registration through AAMA, NHA, ARMA, NAHP, or AMT.
