Registered Nurse

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, high-quality care to adult patients in an ambulatory surgery center. Reporting to the Nurse Manager, the nurse will typically care for 1–2 patients while supporting safe, coordinated treatment and exploring professional growth opportunities in circulating nursing.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and monitor vital signs.
• Administer medications safely and accurately.
• Provide intravenous therapy and perform IV insertion.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Educate patients on care plans, treatments, and health needs.
• Coordinate patient care with the healthcare team.
• Preoperative and PACU recovery care.
• Respond effectively to patient emergencies.
• Apply infection control practices consistently.
• Support circulating nursing responsibilities.

Required Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Basic Life Support certification.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of registered nursing experience.
• Experience with patient assessment and medication administration.
• Experience with intravenous therapy and IV insertion.
• Knowledge of infection control and clinical documentation.
• Experience with PACU recovery and preoperative care.
• Strong critical-thinking and teamwork skills.
• Experience with paper charting.
