Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and supports production material staging through accurate, safe, and efficient warehouse operations. This role handles incoming shipments, inventory activities, order fulfillment, material movement, and warehouse organization.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming shipments.
• Pick and stage orders for production material workflows.
• Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Build pallets safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload materials and shipments.
• Operate warehouse equipment in accordance with safety procedures.
• Organize warehouse areas to support efficient material flow.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift operator certification.
• Experience with inventory management and material handling.
• Proficiency with barcode scanning and warehouse management systems.
• Strong attention to detail.
