Community Outreach Coordinator

Location: Tucson, AZ (local travel)
Pay: $50,000–$58,000 base + incentives
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (occasional evening/weekend events)

About the Role
Applied ABC is growing, and we need a field-based outreach professional to build our referral network across Pikesville and Baltimore County. You’ll build relationships with pediatricians, schools, early intervention programs and community organizations, and you’ll be the reason families find us. This is an outreach and business development role, not a clinical or case management position. You’ll spend most of your week out in the community, not behind a desk.

What You’ll Do

• Make in-person visits to pediatric offices, schools, daycares and community organizations to build referral relationships
• Own and grow your territory: identify new partners and keep a consistent follow-up cadence
• Represent Applied ABC at networking events, health fairs and family events
• Track outreach activity and referrals in our CRM/log
• Hit monthly outreach and referral goals, with incentives for results

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2+ years in field outreach, healthcare or pharma sales, community liaison, business development or referral-based marketing
• Proven comfort with cold walk-ins and building rapport fast
• Self-starter who follows up without being reminded and likes working toward targets
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle; local travel across the territory
• Availability for occasional evening/weekend events
• Nice to have: experience with healthcare providers, pediatric practices or schools. ABA knowledge is not required; we train you on our services.

Backgrounds that tend to do well: healthcare or pharma sales, community liaison, business development, recruiting, hospitality and customer-facing roles with goals.
