WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

We're looking for skilled technicians who can work independently, solve problems, and deliver a high standard of service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems
• Troubleshooting complex heating and cooling issues
• Performing accurate system inspections and diagnostics
• Identifying problems and recommending appropriate solutions
• Clearly communicating findings and repair options to customers
• Completing accurate service documentation
• Maintaining a clean, professional work environment
• Delivering exceptional customer service
• Taking pride in quality workmanship and doing the job right the first time

We're not looking for parts changers. We're looking for problem solvers.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

This position is for experienced HVAC professionals who know their stuff.

We're looking for someone who has:

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience (more preferred)
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• The ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• EPA Certification
• A clean driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Pride in delivering quality workmanship

EVEN BETTER IF YOU:

• Have 5–10+ years of HVAC service experience
• Are the technician other technicians turn to for help
• Enjoy solving challenging diagnostic problems
• Take ownership of your work
• Want to contribute to a growing company
• Believe customers deserve honest recommendations and quality service
