Job Responsibilities

• Safely transport clients to and from scheduled destinations; assist with entering and exiting the vehicle as appropriate for the service provided.

• Provide courteous, respectful, and compassionate customer service; arrive on time and communicate promptly about delays or concerns.

• Keep the company vehicle clean, safe, and presentable; report incidents, client concerns, and vehicle issues to the dispatcher.

• Follow assigned schedules and transportation procedures. 

Qualifications 

• Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company and insurance requirements. 

• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and professional communication skills. 

• Ability to meet the physical and job-related requirements of the position. 

• Availability to work Friday through Monday in 10-hour shifts.

• Previous transportation experience is a plus, but it is not required.
