About the Role:
GAMMA SURGERY CENTER LLC is looking for a driven and experienced Administrator to lead operations at our surgery center in Pittsburgh, PA. This is an exciting opportunity to take the helm of a dynamic healthcare facility and make a meaningful impact on patient care and organizational excellence. Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the surgery center to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care
- Manage budgeting, financial reporting, and revenue cycle processes
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
- Lead, mentor, and develop clinical and administrative staff across all departments
- Collaborate with physicians, medical staff, and board members to align on strategic goals
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency
- Monitor quality assurance and patient satisfaction initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in ambulatory surgery center (ASC) or healthcare facility management
- Strong knowledge of ASC regulatory compliance, CMS guidelines, and accreditation standards
- Proven experience with financial management, budgeting, and operational oversight
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with physicians and clinical staff
- Proficiency in healthcare management software and electronic health records (EHR)
