Laser Machine Operator and/or Press Brake Operator

We are looking for an experienced Laser Cutting and/or Press Brake operator. We prefer candidates with experience operating AMADA machinery. If not familiar with AMADA, the candidates must have prior experience working with CNC type laser cutting and/or press brake machines.

To be qualified, candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience operating laser cutting and/or press brake machinery in a manufacturing environment. Must be able to read and interpret drawings, and work orders. Must have an understanding of metal fabrication processes and material types.

The job requirements include:

Set up, and operating a laser cutting and/or press brake machine.

Monitoring machine performance and adjusting settings as necessary to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Inspecting finished parts to ensure they meet specifications.

Performing routine machine checks, replacing consumables as needed, and maintaining a clean work area.

Communicate with team members to meet schedules, production challenges, and material shortages.

Ability to stand, walk, lift, and tolerate physical activity typical of a production environment.
