Customer Service Representative - No Insurance Experience Required

Starting Pay: $17–$18 per hour

No insurance experience? No license? No problem! We're happy to train the right person.

This is not a sales position. You won't be expected to sell insurance or bring in new customers. Instead, you'll help support our clients, keep the office running smoothly, and learn valuable skills in an industry that offers long-term career opportunities.

We believe in helping people learn, grow, and discover what they're capable of. You don't need to know anything about insurance to get started!

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and create a friendly, professional first impression.
• Answer phone calls and help customers with questions or requests.
• Support our insurance team with everyday office tasks.
• Maintain customer records, enter information, and prepare documents.
• Use Microsoft Office and other systems to keep things organized.
• Assist with customer transactions and basic recordkeeping.
• Learn about the insurance industry with guidance from experienced team members.

What We're Looking For

• A friendly, positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
• Someone dependable, willing to learn, and comfortable working with customers.
• Previous customer service or office experience is helpful, but not required.

No insurance license or previous insurance experience is required to start.

Pay, Training & Growth Opportunities

• $17–$18 per hour starting pay for candidates without prior experience.
• On-the-job training and support from our team.
• After you've had time to learn the position and see whether it's a good fit, we'll help you work toward obtaining your Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Potential transition to a salaried position after 90 days.
• Eligibility for benefits and paid holidays after 90 days.
• Opportunities to take on additional customer service responsibilities and grow professionally.
