Production Team Member

Full-time | First shift | Monday–Friday | No required weekends or holidays

Enhancing Lives,” we manufacture adaptive and protective products, including helmets, supportive and positioning aids, swim equipment for recreation and therapy, and wrestling headgear.

Schedule and pay

• First shift: 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m., Monday–Friday
• Starting at $17.00 per hour
• Second-shift opportunities may be available in our wrestling department and paint room

What you’ll do

• Fabricate products by hand from raw materials; using production machinery and hand tools
• Assemble products by hand and paint manufactured items
• Perform basic quality checks and testing
• Store materials and finished goods properly
• Pack products for shipment
• Keep work areas and equipment clean and organized
• Report to the Plant Manager

What we’re looking for

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong work ethic and organizational skills
• Ability to follow directions, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance and stand for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Team-oriented approach and good communication skills
