Intake Specialist

The Dominguez Firm, a nationally recognized personal injury law firm, is seeking a professional and compassionate Intake Specialist to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for potential clients and plays a key role in delivering exceptional service while helping determine case eligibility.

What You’ll Do

• Answer high-volume inbound calls and inquiries from potential clients
• Conduct structured intake interviews to gather detailed case information
• Evaluate potential cases using firm guidelines and escalate qualified matters
• Clearly explain next steps and the firm’s intake process to callers
• Accurately enter information into the firm’s case management/CRM system
• Schedule attorney consultations and perform timely follow-ups
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Meet intake performance goals related to quality, accuracy, and conversion

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• 1–2 years of experience in intake, customer service, call center, or legal setting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Comfort handling sensitive or emotional conversations
• Proficiency with computers and data entry

Preferred:

• Personal injury law firm experience
• Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred
• Experience with CRM or legal case management software
