Operations Supervisor

Available Schedules:

Monday-Thursday (Weekday Shift) 6am Start

Friday-Sunday (Weekend Shift) 6am Start

Job Description & Requirements Overview -

• Department: Warehouse Operations
• Experience Level: 3–5 Years
• Travel Requirement: < 5% (Air & Driving)
• Scope of Role: Mixed (Warehouse Floor & Office)

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 3–5 years of warehousing, distribution or 3PL experience.
• Solid knowledge of warehousing, shipping/receiving, and inventory accountability.
• Proven leadership, team management, and staff development skills.
• Familiarity with OSHA standards, 5S management, and operational protocols.
• Proficient in MS Office and adaptable to proprietary WMS platforms.
• Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual, Spanish / English Preferred.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

• Floor Activity: Frequent movement around equipment, racks, and trailers.
• Regular talking, hearing, standing, walking, and sitting.
• Frequent lifting or moving of up to 25 lbs.
• Full visual acuity (close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, focus adjustment).
