Salesman

We are seeking a Salesman to support inside, outside, retail, and B2B sales efforts serving small businesses. This role will manage transactional sales from prospecting and lead qualification through product presentations, negotiation, order processing, and account management. Success will be measured by revenue targets, new accounts, and customer retention, with an opportunity to grow into an Account Manager position.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product presentations tailored to small-business customers.
• Prospect for new customers and qualify sales leads.
• Manage sales negotiations and guide customers through transactional purchases.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Build and maintain customer relationships using CRM tools.
• Support inside, outside, retail, and B2B sales activities.
• Work toward revenue targets and acquire new accounts.
• Maintain customer retention through responsive account management.

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM).
• Knowledge of sales prospecting and lead qualification.
• Strong sales presentation and negotiation skills.
• Product knowledge and the ability to communicate product value.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Effective time-management skills.
