Housekeeper / General Household Chores

We're a busy family with young children, and I'm looking for more than traditional housecleaning. Ideally, I'd love someone who can help with laundry, dishes, kitchen cleaning, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and general tidying/organization. Kids = toys and clutter! :) I'm thinking approximately 3-4 hours on day per week, with priorities varying depending on what needs attention that week.
