Why Work Here?
You will work in a unique, sensory-rich environment surrounded by the aroma of chocolate and a playful, whimsical product line. The culture offers a family-owned feel where employees often build close relationships with leadership and colleagues, supported by a strong commitment to ethical sourcing and Fair Trade Certified ingredients. Team members have opportunities to learn the craft of candy-making, packaging, and machine operations from the ground up, gaining hands-on experience across multiple areas of the plant.
