Ironworker

The Ironworker will support structural steel and reinforcing steel work on industrial facility projects. Reporting to the Foreman, General Superintendent, or Project Manager, this role will contribute to fabrication, assembly, rigging, welding support, and safe job-site operations, with occasional travel between project sites.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble structural and reinforcing steel.
• Perform rigging operations and support material handling activities.
• Provide welding support as directed.
• Read and interpret blueprints for steel installation and assembly.
• Inspect equipment and maintain compliance with safety requirements.
• Maintain clean and organized job sites.
• Travel occasionally between job sites as project needs require.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in ironworking.

Preferred Qualifications

• OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification.
• Blueprint reading experience.
• Experience with structural steel installation.
• Rigging experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
