Full Time Physical Therapist

We are a busy multidisciplinary clinic in Riverdale, NJ, seeking a skilled, energetic, and professional Full-Time Physical Therapist to support a growing orthopedic patient caseload. The therapist will work closely with the clinic owner and staff to deliver high-quality physical and rehabilitation medicine services. This in-person, Monday-to-Friday position offers an 8-hour schedule with no weekends or holidays, compensation of $100,000–$120,000 per year, benefits including 401(k) and paid time off, and a potential profit-sharing pathway.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate orthopedic patients and assess functional needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercise and manual therapy.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Communicate effectively with patients regarding care plans and progress.
• Complete clinical documentation in the electronic health record system.
• Collaborate closely with the clinic owner and staff.

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of physical therapy experience.
• New Jersey Physical Therapist License.
• Experience with musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
• Knowledge of therapeutic exercise and manual therapy.
• Strong patient assessment and treatment-planning skills.
• Ability to complete clinical documentation.
• Effective patient communication skills.
• Professional, responsible, energetic, and friendly approach.
• Doctorate in physical therapy.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPR Certification.
