Wood Truss & Framing Assembler

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Wood Framing / Truss Assemblers to join our manufacturing team in Groveland. This is a hands-on position assembling wood trusses and framing components in a fast-paced production environment.

Monday – Friday| 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Overtime available (40+ hours)

$17.00 - $19.00 - Based on Experience (YOU MUST HAVE FRAMING / WOOD / CARPENTRY)

Responsibilities

• Assemble wood trusses, wall frames, and other wood framing components.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment to complete assemblies.
• Read and follow work orders, measurements, and production specifications.
• Measure, cut, position, and secure lumber according to project requirements.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and structural consistency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work with the production team to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• Required: Previous experience in wood framing, carpentry, or truss assembly.
• Experience in construction, lumberyards, or wood manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
• Ability to read measurements and follow basic blueprints or production drawings.
• Ability to lift and handle lumber and other building materials.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
