Lead Aesthetic Injector (RN/NP/PA)

Location: Portland, Maine
Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Schedule: Tuesday-Friday, 9 AM-4 PM; no evenings or weekends.

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience.

• Advanced proficiency in neuromodulators and dermal fillers.

• Experience with Sculptra, Kybella, and aesthetic laser treatments.

• Active Maine professional license.

• Ability to independently manage consultations, treatments, follow-ups, and documentation.

• NP or PA preferred; exceptionally experienced RN injectors considered.

• Previous lead injector, supervisory, or clinical leadership experience.

• Experience with Allergan and Galderma products.

• Interest in potential Medical Director responsibilities for eligible NP/PA candidates.

• Conduct aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Perform injectable treatments, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers.

• Provide treatments involving Sculptra, Kybella, and aesthetic laser technologies.

• Educate patients on procedures, aftercare, and expected outcomes.

• Manage follow-up appointments and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

• Ensure high standards of patient safety, care quality, and natural-looking results.

• Collaborate with the clinical team to support a positive patient experience.

• Undertake additional clinical leadership or oversight duties, where applicable.

• Supportive and collaborative team environment.

• Adequate appointment time for consultations, treatments, and patient education.

• No evening or weekend shifts.

• Planned team-based bonus structure beginning January 2027.
