Call Center Representative

Join the GI specialty team as a Call Center Representative supporting appointment scheduling, commonly for colonoscopies. In this cubicle-based environment, you will handle inbound calls lasting approximately 3–5 minutes, verify patient information, document call details, and maintain accurate scheduling updates. Training is provided one-on-one with a current employee during the first few weeks, with performance supported through monitored calls, quality assurance reviews, constructive feedback, handle-time tracking, and accuracy metrics.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls for the GI specialty team.

• 1+ years of experience in call center operations.
