Registered Nurse – Staffing Pool

Location: Goldsboro, NC
Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Schedule: 12-hour shifts | 3 days/week | Variable Days/Nights

We are hiring Registered Nurses to join a hospital staffing pool. This role provides safe, competent nursing care while working collaboratively with physicians, nurses, patients, and multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care using the nursing process.
• Assess patient needs and develop/update care plans.
• Administer care safely and follow hospital policies and standards.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients and families and support discharge planning.
• Perform point-of-care testing and maintain accurate documentation.
• Prioritize care for patients with complex needs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
• Nursing Diploma, ADN, or ASN required.
• Active Registered Nurse license in North Carolina.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.

Compensation: $33.00–$54.45/hour, plus applicable shift differentials and incentive opportunities.
