Are you a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) looking for a rewarding pediatric home care opportunity? Aveanna Healthcare is seeking dependable LPNs to provide one-on-one private duty nursing for pediatric patients in the Riviera Beach and Lake Park areas. THREE high-priority cases with multiple scheduling opportunities are available!

???? CASE 1: Riviera Beach, FL 33404

• Care Needs: G-Tube | Trach (G/T)

• Schedule: Day shifts, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, and overnight shifts, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM

• Hours: Up to 60 hours per week

• Case Highlights: Provide individualized nursing care in a home setting. Consistency, communication, and dependable care are important.

???? CASE 2: Riviera Beach, FL 33404

• Care Needs: G-Tube | Trach | Vent (G/T/V)

• Schedule: Day shifts, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, and overnight shifts, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM

• Hours: 36–48 hours per week, depending on available shifts

• Case Highlights: Accompany the patient to school and provide nursing care in an active setting. The family is involved in care coordination. Safe patient-handling procedures and appropriate assistance are essential.

???? CASE 3: Lake Park, FL 33403

• Care Needs: G-Tube

• Schedule: Saturdays, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM

• Hours: 12 hours per week

• Case Highlights: Provide one-on-one nursing care for an active pediatric patient. Weekday school coverage may also be available, subject to scheduling and school access requirements.

???? Ideal Candidate:

• Active Florida LPN license.

• Pediatric nursing experience, especially with G-tube and trach care.

• Ventilator-care experience and competency appropriate to the assigned case and permitted scope of practice.

• Dependable, attentive, and committed to providing safe, individualized care.

• Comfortable coordinating care with family members and school personnel when appropriate.

• Knowledgeable about safe patient-handling practices and appropriate assistance for transfers.
