Location: Salina, KS 67401
Job Type: Direct Hire | Full-Time
Schedule: Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (0.9 FTE) | 12-Hour Shifts
Pay: $29–$43/hour (Based on Education & Experience) + $2/hour Night & Weekend Differential

Job Summary

Join a collaborative Medical-Surgical team providing compassionate, high-quality care to adult medical and surgical patients. Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders.
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver quality patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Active Kansas RN License or Compact RN License (Required).
• BLS Certification (Required).
• New Graduates Welcome!
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient care skills.

Compensation & Benefits
