We're Hiring: Medical Scheduler | Los Angeles, CA
ATR International is hiring a Medical Scheduler for a major healthcare organization in Los Angeles!
This role is ideal for someone with call center and customer service experience who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating schedules in a busy healthcare environment.
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Pay Rate: $25/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update provider appointment schedules, including daily calendars, monthly schedules, and schedule changes.
- Review and process routine and urgent scheduling requests accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate provider schedules with clinical staff and other departments.
- Review and distribute appointment schedules to the appropriate clinical teams.
- Assist providers with scheduling procedures and documentation as needed.
- Support reception and appointment teams with patient encounter data entry.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous call center experience required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate schedules and work effectively with providers, patients, and clinical support teams.
- Ability to prioritize requests and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation
Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience, as well as the benefits package you select.
