Companion Care Needed

I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Meal Preparation, Companionship, possible Medication management. Some light tidying up is involved. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. My mom is taking care of her parents and is so stressed and is doing it all alone. Im trying to find her some help to relieve some of the stress and pressure. My Grandma can be a bit needy at times and she has poor short term memory so she repeats herself a lot. And she takes them back and forth to the hospital or doctors appointments all the time and never has time for herself
