About who needs care: Transition support as Home Health care is set up. Need consistency in medication, meals, getting to medical appts, assisting with getting up from bed and shower and dress moderate assist, Helping to regain strength after in home fall. About the care needs: Someone who is nice and not too pushy. He can be grumpy and stubborn at times as well. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
