Childcare Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I'm looking for a great nanny for our two kids (5 and 4). Hours will primarily be 10:30am-3 p.m. Mon-Fri, but sometimes 7am-3 p.m. is needed if I have early am meetings (est. 1x a week). 5-year-old will only need to be watched when there is no school, so it will primarily be just watching the 4-year-old (school pick up until my husband is home at 3). We have a big, very friendly, golden retriever as well.
