Role snapshot (Louisville, KY 40223)

• Assemble and wire electrical control panels using drawings, diagrams, and specifications.
• Run quality checks so each panel meets customer requirements and industry standards.
• Partner with engineers and fellow technicians to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Keep your bench organized and the work area safe to maximize efficiency.
• Record assembly steps and maintain accurate documentation for each build.
• Join training sessions and development opportunities to keep your skills sharp.

What you need to succeed

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical coursework or certification in electrical/industrial technology is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with panel building or a similar electrical assembly role.
• Comfortable reading electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Proficient, safe use of hand tools and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and practical problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work solo or on a team in a fast-moving environment.
• Solid communication skills and a can-do attitude.
