What You’ll Be Doing

As a Chef at Dukunoo , you’ll play a key role in creating unforgettable dining experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Crafting and preparing authentic Jamaican and Mediterranean dishes with precision and creativity.
• Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Managing kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment, ensuring efficiency and timeliness.
• Collaborating with our passionate team to innovate and elevate our menu offerings.
• Upholding food safety and sanitation standards at all times.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for a culinary professional who brings skill, passion, and expertise to the table. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef in a similar environment.
• Certification in culinary arts or a related field.
• Proven experience working with Jamaican and Mediterranean cuisine.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage a fast-paced kitchen.
• A proactive and professional attitude that aligns with our driven team culture.
