## Responsibilities

• Perform welding setups for production, ensuring efficiency and quality.

• Interpret and apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) to ensure accurate fabrication.

• Fit and assemble metal components according to specifications and blueprints.

• Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any production issues.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.

  Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Welder/Fitter or similar role.

• Strong understanding of GD&T principles and practices.

• Proficient in various welding techniques and setups.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
