Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide compassionate personal care, including assistance with mealtime, toileting, and transfer needs
• Monitor and report changes in condition, ensuring seamless communication with the healthcare team
• Support a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols and maintaining a tidy and organized workspace

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Maryland
• Compassionate and team-oriented with a commitment to providing excellent patient care
• 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Certificate in Nursing Assistant (CNA)
