Job Description

Job Description
Step into a day on our production floor

It’s 7:00 AM in Michigan City, IN. You gear up with your PPE, walk your area, and confirm safety, environmental, and quality checks. You help prep a roll-forming line, load raw materials, and coordinate with the Machine Operator to keep output steady. As products move, you catch, trim, wrap, band, and stack them with precision. You spot a minor issue, assist with basic troubleshooting, and keep production flowing. By shift end, you’ve completed QC checks, trained a new teammate on best practices, and wrapped up housekeeping so the next crew starts strong.

About the role
