NOW HIRING: ENTRY-LEVEL PRODUCTION COORDINATOR
Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour (Depending on experience)
TPI Staffing is seeking a tech-savvy, detail-oriented Production Coordinator to support production scheduling, material tracking, and manufacturing documentation. This opportunity is ideal for someone with foundational knowledge of production planning or coordination and strong computer skills.
Schedule:
- 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with production schedules to help meet customer delivery deadlines.
- Create and update work orders, sales orders, and production records in QAD.
- Track raw materials and allocate materials to production jobs.
- Enter labor transactions, material transfers, and inventory updates.
- Review customer purchase orders and coordinate delivery dates with the scheduling team.
- Prepare purchase requisitions and follow up on materials needed for production.
- Reconcile work order reports and assist with investigating inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow company safety and quality procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Two or more years of office experience.
- Foundational knowledge of production control, planning, or coordination.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn new systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
- Prior manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work in production areas as needed, with reasonable accommodations.
