Your mission

• Own the health of production and packaging machinery—installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment.
• Execute PM routines and control-system upgrades while partnering with teammates to advance process improvements.
• Disassemble, inspect, and reassemble assemblies to meet exact specifications and production targets.
• Evaluate issues, generate alternatives, and implement practical solutions.
• Champion plant-wide improvements in quality, safety, and productivity.

Grow and be rewarded

• Start at $44.00/hour and progress to $51.76/hour after 120 days based on role progression.
• Shift differentials: $0.40/hour for B-shift and $0.48/hour for C-shift.
• Eligible for additional compensation through our manufacturing incentive program.

What it takes

• Industrial/manufacturing experience in maintenance, instrumentation, or controls.
• Preferred credentials: apprenticeship, technical school, equivalent military technical training, industrial technology degree, or journeyman’s card.
• Flexibility to work any shift and support overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Dependable attendance.
• A learner’s mindset and a drive to grow.
