Responsibilities:

• Administer medications to patients under the supervision of licensed nursing staff

• Conduct vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of medication administration and patient care

• Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement patient care plans

• Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and healthcare staff
