Responsibilities:
• Provide personalized care and support to seniors and adults in their homes, focusing on assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication management
• Monitor and report changes in clients' conditions, medications, and care needs to healthcare professionals and caregivers
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation as needed
• Develop strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure a seamless care experience
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and services provided
Requirements:
• 1 years of experience as a Home Health Aide (we provide comprehensive training and support)
• Ability to lift, stand, and walk for extended periods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassion and empathy for seniors and adults in need
• Valid background check and TB test (we'll guide you through the process)
