Job Name: Residential Lead Electrician

Reports To: Residential Electrical Manager

Expectations for the role: To provide great customer experience through quality workmanship and communication with fellow coworkers and customers.

Job Duties: 

• Perform assigned installation to company quality standards while maintaining code requirements.
• Keep job sites clean and organized.
• Keep truck stock at appropriate levels turning in restock sheets on a weekly basis.
• Assign the apprentices on the job site their duties for the day, monitoring the quality of work and coaching them up to continue their progress towards a lead installer.
• Communicate with install manager on job progress.
• Maintain proper record keeping in Payzer.
• Inform management of any issues that arise on the job.
• Maintain a safe job site.
