The Supervisor / Shift Leader is responsible for overall shift operations, leading their team to deliver a remarkable experience to guests, and maintaining a positive work culture.

Must be available to work 6 days a week. Scheduled at least 3 days a week in the Shift Leading role unless business needs otherwise.

What You’ll do:
 

• Greet Team Members and check in with Team Leaders upon arrival
• Review Team Leader setups for the day and make suggestions/adjustments in conjunction with the Team Leader
• Regularly walk through the restaurant and check for any food safety violations
• Actively demonstrate appropriate fixes and coach the Team
• Be aware and prepared for all catering sales for the day
• Oversee execution of catering tasks for BOH and FOH and complete catering checklists
• Identify and assign weekly cleaning tasks - check in per shift on completed tasks
• Inspect and correct Team Member uniform violations
• Execute all accountability conversations and documentation in conjunction with Team Lead to ensure Team is properly coached and held accountable when appropriate
• Ensure all scheduled training is completed as scheduled, and/or readjusted if necessary
• Responsible for all cash management on shift - opening and closing safe & cash belt balances
• Work to maintain productivity goals for each shift
• Complete midday/closing report
• Complete RSA’s & FSA’s (Chick-fil-A Food Safety systems)
• Complete opening, transition, and closing checklist via OneClick
• Ensure InForm is not settled out of a $15 daily tolerance and complete other back office duties

• Maintain labor goals and actively monitor SOS (speed of service), Labor, and time punches for each shift

Requirements:

• Previous leadership experience in food service preferred
• Chick-Fil-A experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead by example and inspire others
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to excellence
• Ability to work in a fastâ€'paced environment
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be available to work 6 days a week including holidays
• Must be available to Shift Lead either morning or night shifts. Higher pay for shift leaders who are available in both dayparts.
• ServSafe Certification preferred, but not required.
