No food-production experience? No problem—we provide on-the-job training.

A Schedule with More Days Off

Work a 2-2-3 schedule with 12-hour shifts:

• Work two days, then enjoy two days off, then work three
• Get every other weekend off
• Take advantage of overtime opportunities

What’s on the Menu?

• Assemble delicious sandwiches
• Follow the daily production schedule
• Keep ingredients and products moving efficiently
• Help with production-line changeovers
• Follow all food safety, food quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices
• Follow plant safety and Lockout/Tagout requirements
• Wear required personal protective equipment
• Work with your team to meet production and quality goals

What It Takes

This is an active, hands-on position. Production Associates must be able to:

• Stand for the duration of the scheduled shift
• Occasionally push, pull, and reach above shoulder level
• Occasionally lift or move up to 40 pounds
• Use close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
• Demonstrate good hand-eye coordination
• Perform tasks requiring fine motor skills and hand dexterity
