What You'll Do

Perform inventory audits and maintain accurate inventory records
Investigate and report inventory discrepancies to warehouse leadership
Process incoming orders and manufacturing orders within the ERP system
Monitor order flow, picking, packing, and shipping activity
Manage the RMA (Returns) process and help implement corrective actions
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations
Schedule pickups and deliveries with transportation providers
Ensure compliance with shipping, receiving, and regulatory requirements
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve order or shipment issues
Identify opportunities to improve warehouse productivity, safety, and efficiency

What We're Looking For

Associate Degree and 3+ years of warehouse administration experience preferred
High School Diploma or GED required
Experience working with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Advanced Microsoft Excel and computer skills
Strong understanding of inventory control and logistics processes
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Leadership mindset with the ability to work independently and with a team

Preferred Experience

Warehouse administration or inventory control experience
Logistics and transportation coordination experience
Process improvement and change management experience
Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the warehouse
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and carry up to 60 lbs. as needed
Comfortable operating warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
Ability to work in a warehouse environment with noise, dust, moving equipment, and varying temperatures
