What Matters Most

- Location: Located in Tomball, TX 77375
- Weekly Pay with direct deposit or pay card

Job Description
Are you an eager Medical Receptionist seeking a rewarding position in the Tomball area? Our client is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join their team! Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient flow throughout the clinic, including scheduling and confirming appointments, check-in/check-out, collecting co-pays, rooming patients, and taking vital signs
- Work closely with providers to support daily clinical operations
- Respond to patient inquiries by phone, email, or in person in a courteous and efficient manner
- Maintain front desk operations and ensure reception areas are clean and organized
- Assist providers with clinical tasks as requested
- Monitor, stock, and maintain medical and office supplies and equipment
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Two years of Medical Receptionist experience within a Physician's office/clinic is required.
- Previous experience with using EMR software is required.
- Medical Receptionist experience within a Psychiatry clinic is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of insurance verification.
