Now Hiring: Personal Care Assistants (PCA)

Helping Hearts | Flexible Day and Night Shifts

Helping Hearts is seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide quality in-home care to seniors and individuals who need assistance with daily living. Shifts range from 4 to 12 hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.

• Support mobility, transfers, and safe positioning.

• Provide companionship and emotional support.

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.

• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks.

• Provide medication reminders and monitor clients’ well-being.

• Assist with blood sugar monitoring when qualified and report changes in health.

• Accompany clients to appointments and errands as needed.
  

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving or PCA experience preferred.

• Compassionate, patient, and professional attitude.

• Experience with personal care and blood sugar management.

• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
