Harmony House memory Care is a beautiful small quiet hidden gem Assisted Living Facility in Ocala, Florida. Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and support to our residents, including assisting with daily living activities, medication management, and personal care needs

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff members

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to identify and address resident needs, concerns, and preferences

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, as required

• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry best practices and regulations

• Med Tech / Direct Care Staff duties may include, but are not limited to: vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and resident assessments

Requirements:

• 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with a willingness to learn and grow

• Ability to work PART_TIME, NIGHTS, 3 DAYS A WEEK 12 HOUR SHIFTS

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations

• Certifications in CPR, First Aid, and any other relevant certifications
