Customer Service Representative

Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Industry: Light Industrial / Manufacturing Support

Overview:

WorkSolved Staffing is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to support a leading manufacturing client. This role is key to ensuring smooth operations and strong client relationships by managing orders, resolving product issues, and coordinating between internal departments and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain top-tier customer service standards for OEMs and end users.
Process quotes and orders with accuracy and timeliness.
Resolve product, shipping, payment, and warranty concerns.
Coordinate order schedules and ensure timely deliveries.
Act as liaison between customers and internal teams: purchasing, production, engineering, and finance.
Track progress on customer projects and provide updates.
Collaborate cross-functionally to meet project timelines and business goals.
Maintain detailed records of customer communications and order status.
Provide product and customer feedback to improve services.

Qualifications:

Associate’s degree in Business, Technical, or related field, or equivalent experience.
0–3 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work independently.
Able to manage sensitive information with discretion.
Light lifting of product components may be required.

Details:

1st Shift – 8-4:30pm
Pay: $20.00
