Shift: 1st Shift | 7:45 AM – 8:00 PM
Schedule: Rotating 3-2-2 Schedule
Pay: $16.50 per hour

Position Overview:
ProStaffing is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operators/Packers for a manufacturing facility in Statesville, NC. Candidates will be responsible for operating packaging equipment, inspecting products, and maintaining quality and production standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor packaging machinery.
- Inspect materials and finished products for defects.
- Package, seal, label, and palletize finished goods.
- Perform basic machine cleaning and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate production records.
- Transport materials using manual pallet jacks.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
Qualifications:
- Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred but not required.
- Basic computer skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to regularly lift 20–45 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout a 12-hour shift.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
