  • Develop and distribute twice-daily operational status reports, outage notifications, and other required operational reporting.
  • Document significant events, outages, escalations, and actions within the Master Station Log (MSL).
  • Correlate information across multiple monitoring platforms to provide a comprehensive view of network, service, and end-user experience.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to communicate operational health, availability, incident trends, performance, and other key metrics.
  • Generate ad hoc, daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Power BI, ServiceNow, SolarWinds, ScienceLogic, Aternity, and other approved data sources.

  • Interface with DISA customers, technical teams, and leadership to communicate operational status, significant events, emerging trends, and mission impacts.
  • Prepare and deliver operational briefings and status updates for both technical and senior leadership audiences.
  • Support configuration and integration of monitoring and reporting platforms as necessary to improve visibility, reporting accuracy, and operational awareness.
  • Maintain clear, concise, and accurate documentation in a fast-paced operational environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience using one or more enterprise monitoring platforms such as SolarWinds, ScienceLogic, Aternity, or comparable tools.
  • Experience identifying and analyzing infrastructure, network, service, or end-user performance issues using monitoring data.
  • Experience creating and tracking incidents using ServiceNow ITSM or a comparable IT service management platform.

  • Experience with Power BI or comparable data visualization/reporting tools.
  • Strong technical writing skills, including the ability to clearly document outages, impacts, timelines, and technical events.
  • Ability to interpret technical information and translate it into concise reporting appropriate for both technical teams and leadership.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, with occasional weekend or after-hours support based on mission requirements.
